Ensinor Oy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website https://ensinor.com and the Ensinor learning platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully.   • Social login data: when you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider

  • Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card numbers on our servers
  • Course activity: enrolments, progress, quiz answers, assignment submissions, and certificates earned
  • Communications: messages you send to instructors or our support team

We also collect certain information automatically when you use the Service:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
  • Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9 below)

  • Email delivery provider: transactional email delivery

All providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us. We may also disclose your data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

If you connected your Ensinor account via Facebook Login, you can also trigger a deletion request directly from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Ensinor → Remove.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
